BRIEF HISTORY
In 1963 first unit in Dumka was formed with the name CSU at St .Xavier's Sahibganj by a Scholastic then Rev Fr Paul Aquilina SJ who was also the Unit Advisor .
In 1990 first Santhali AICUF Unit came into existence .
In 1992 AICUF units in Dumka Region after 1963 were reborn .
In 2004 policy document for Dumka State was formulated and passed in the National CouIn 2005 ,17th AICUF National Council gave affiliation to the new Dumka State . That's how Dumka State AICUF was born.
Rev Fr Jesu Bejnamin SJ was the first State Advisor of the newly formed Dumka State .
On 24th of April at St.Xavier's , Sahibganj first time AICUF day was celebrated .
